For the past 30 years, Cheryl has provided administrative and financial reporting for multiple real estate business, including several years of Versaggi Management's growing property management business. Duties have included payroll, health benefits, collecting rent, handling accounts receivable and payable, creating monthly reports for property owners, and representing the business in various legal matters. Over the years, Cheryl has learned to use multiple accounting programs, including AppFolio that automates many of the company's accounting and data management services. By efficiently managing Versaggi Management's accounting and administrative tasks, the company is able to keep its operating expenses low and its property managers focused on providing the superior customer service experience our property owners and tenants have come to expect.
